This was my first house purchase so I wasn't confident in how the process worked - but this wasn't an issue and the team at the Stockton Heath Branch were always very helpful and the sale went smoothly. Excellent service and advice from Jacqueline, Dawn, Lee and all the team. Although the sale and completion should been easy and straight forward, it wasn't and was continuously delayed month after month. The frustration of the situation, was made easier by having the all of the team, but a special mention to Jacqueline at the end of a telephone call or email to assist with the matter in hand and eventually complete the sale.
