I received an exceptional service from Reeds Rains for my first house purchase. Chloe and the team kept me informed regularly and nothing was too much to ask. I often got a response the same week, if not the same day. I completed my house purchase with keys in hand exactly 10 weeks to the date of my offer being accepted, this meant I was able to enjoy Christmas in my new home and I sit here now humbled and happy. Thank you Reeds Rains for your efforts and consistency in making the process of my first house purchase a pleasant and memorable one for all of the right reasons.
I will absolutely use them again should I need to in the future, and recommend highly to anyone considering.

Reeds and Rains Cleckheaton office recently helped me to plan the refurbishment of a property they are now managing for me on a rental basis. I was given advice, support and help in what I needed to do to achieve a good return. Throughout the improvement works the team kept in touch with me and within a day of handing them the keys the property was rented to one of the four clients they had invited to view the house. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all of the team and in particular Chloe and Michael who were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Recently used reeds rains Cleckheaton to sell a property it could not of gone any better! Molly dealt with the sale from start to finish.. Wow what can I say! This lady is a credit to the firm she went above and beyond for me to help achieve a very hassle free smooth sale. Molly kept me updated near enough every day/week which is important to me. The costs was very reasonable...I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell there property! We recently sold.our home with reeds rains and i cannot recommend them enough. Very professional and made the whole process seem effortless. I had the pleasure of dealing with a few different members of staff at this office and all were brilliant. Molly in particular dealt with our sale from start to finish and i can truly say that she is an absolute asset to this team and she has been superb. Molly has gone above and beyond in her work and has helped us no end with every single little detail. I have to say just with the experience we have had with Molly i would have been happy to pay double for their services. Should i need an estate agent again i will most definitely return to reeds rains
