The team at KFH were amazing and saved the day! After my flat was on the market for 2 months with one of the larger big name estate agencies who only managed to secure 7 viewings in that time, I decided to find an agency more suitable for the job.
Jonathan from KFH (one of 3 agencies who came to value my flat) was the only agent who turned up having done some thorough research around my flat and similar ones in the local area. He gave me photocopies of his research as well as the standard company marketing materials (which was all I got from the other agencies).
So I went with KFH and Sunny (by name and nature ????) managed to sell my flat in just 6 days after it went live online. Brilliant! His after sale service was absolutely incredible - possibly the best customer service I have ever received in any type of after sale support.
In the wake of my solicitor turning out to be very slow (delivering the exact opposite kind of customer service to Sunny) the journey to exchange and completion took months longer than expected. Sunny was available whenever I called the KFH offices to try and move things along and he was very active in pushing the sale along from his side and trying to resolve the various issues that cropped up with the solicitors.
Despite the fact that dealing with my solicitor turned out to be very stressful, Sunny was more than happy to provide moral support as well as doing the necessary professional work and he played a key role in keeping my spirits up during the whole process and helping to get the sale through to exchange and completion.
Over the years I have engaged almost every one of the estate agents in Islington to help with renting my flat out and also putting it on the market at different times. KFH and Sunny went well above and beyond what I expected and I’m still telling people the story of how my flat sold in just 6 days when I engaged a company that really do care about their clients, know their market and treat you with respect and professionalism.
I wholeheartedly recommend KFH if you are selling your home and if you get Sunny as your agent I’d say that you will be guaranteed amazing service.

I had booked a viewing for a letting at 13:30 with Jamaal Tingling. Jamaal failed to notify me that the viewing had been cancelled. He claims to have called and emailed me but I have received neither calls nor emails. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of 1 hour of my time.
