Although p&p didn't sell our home (we had 2 agents simultaneously) they were faultless. Its partly luck of the draw who gets the sale isn't it. But overall their communication, costs, efficiency and no. of viewings were higher and I was rooting for them to be the end agent. Very positive experience.

excellent service from the entire team , couldnt do enough for us.
nothing was too much trouble they even did all the viewings on our behalf and sold our property within 48hrs and at full value . would absolutely reccomend them , i was pleased with everything....thanks again guys well worth the fee in our opinion!!

Palmer & Partners were on top of everything from the beginning to the end of sale.
Considering it took a long time - due to coved events we finally got there in the end
Many thanks to David, Harry & Lynn who have always been in constant communication - nothing was too much trouble considering the amount of work they had to deal with

They sold my house but kept giving me updates saying they were waiting for a survey. This went on for weeks. I instructed a solicitor. They told me 10 weeks after the sale that the buyer could not raise the appropriate deposit and could not continue. Surely the mortgage offer has to be in place with all the financial verification before you proceed. This should have been checked. They said it wasn’t their fault but their sales progressing process obviously doesn’t work. I was really not happy with the service and as such would not recommend them. They should have made sure the buyers had a mortgage in place and then chased it more quickly. Terrible experience. I’m sure they will say different but just kept telling me everything was progressing when it clearly wasn’t. Nearly three months wasted and lots of additional mortgage and bill payments.
Do not trust their updates.
