Mosh was absolutely outstanding at helping me have an offer accepted a very in demand property. So helpful, very clear, offering me excellent insights and advice - making me feel calm, and in control. Also his characteristic charm bought some joy and levity to a typically v stressful experience. The house ended up falling through as my chain broke but in this Mosh was fair and clear and did his absolute best to help me navigate and keep me in the game. Moving back to London and having to find housing in the middle of a global pandemic was a daunting task, but thanks to our incredible agent, Billy, the process was seamless for my sister and I. He was super helpful and responsive in helping us navigate the leasing process. Two weeks after first seeing the place we were all moved in. It was by far the best and most efficient service we received from the multiple places we saw.

Great service provided by the team at Dexters Hackney when selling our flat. We originally went with another agent, but when the situation changed Dexters were happy to work with us and provided exceptional service. It wasn't always a straight forward sale, but the team were extremely efficient and communicated at each step of the process. I have to say that Joe who originally valued the flat and managed the sale is outstanding and a real asset to the team (they are all great ofcourse!). I don't leave many reviews but the service provided by Dexters was outstanding and my only regret was not choosing them in the first instance. Really appreciated all the help and would definitely recommend Dexters to anyone.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Billy, who was responsible for all the efforts in assisting a complex request, and it doesn't take long before you start to see why there are so many other highly rated 5 star reviews, be it from landlord or tenants. They are not your average "agent", they take responsibility and follow through with each commitment.
From the initial touch point, Billy and Dexters Hackney branch took pride in their tasks, set realistic timeframe and constantly kept me up to date with each stage of the process. And there's always someone at hand to either respond to emails or phone calls, as we were working towards a very tight deadline.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them as an agent - be it for landlords or tenants. And if you want to test their grit and passion for helping you, go and pay the team a visit and you will experience exactly what others have attested to previously, before me.

There is a great team working on Dexters Broadway office. Always excellent attention from the staff in general.
If you're looking to buy, ask for Tyger, he assisted us throughout the whole process, always with a smile and making sure we heard about new sales around the area!

I recently started my property search and have felt slightly nervous about the whole process. I met Tyger Sanchez for a viewing and I must say his level of professionalism surprised me. He calmly attended to all my queries (of which there were many) and was brutally honest with me instead of just trying to shove a property down my throat. Billy was an amazing agent, and helped me find a new flat I love super quickly. He also dealt with the fact I'm a foreigner with not enough financial info, and helped me to achieve my own lease without a guarantor by working hard and closely with me - even on the weekends and after hours. He's the best!
