Be aware of this agency , known as Pacific estate to. At the end of our contract they tried to take all the deposit money on issues that were not even true, or done by us. They make up things without landlord knowing, when asked to fix/sort certain things at the property they’re either taking very long time , either won’t do it at all and at the end of the contract they will say it’s tenant’s fault. Please look for better home agencies.... Read more

These people are absolutely amateur frausters, please stay away from these vermins with a 10 foot pole. They would lie and make false promises just to get your business. But beware, they will withhold your deposit for no good reason. Like the poster below, I believe these people are constantly changing their trading name, to avoid liability. They are currently being investigated by authorities such as TPO. Please avoid at all cost, i would rate them with zero star if i could.... Read more

Nice to see and estate agency that stands out amongst so many that seem to be popping up these days. They've been around for over 10 years as far as I can recall. Surely they must be doing something right to be going strong and improving constantly. Their new office at The Quarterdeck, Canary Wharf, Docklands is easy to get to by public transport or car....
