Made an appointment with the Penkridge branch but no-one turned up. After half an hour I called the office who were surprised no-one had called me to say the agent had gone home early.
Poor communication on their behalf which meant both myself and my partner had taken time off work unnecessarily.

Tried to request a viewing on a property in Penkridge, was told offer had been accepted by a cash purchaser and I wasnt allowed. So property came back on market weeks later and had fell through because purchaser hadnt got a sale for their house.!!!! lies from Bagshaws. Tried once again to view, staff extremely rude and covering up real truth, talk down to you and couldnt care less. I feel sorry for people using Bagshaws.....
They then answer back sharply trying to cover up their bad service (see reply). Anyone reading this I strongly advise use of other Estate Agents.

Bagshaws Uttoxeter, what a shambles! Tried to arrange a viewing of a property outside 'normal' working hours and they are having non of it, 9.00 to 5.00 Mon to Friday and that's it, bone idle or what. One thing for sure, they will not be handling the sale of my property.
Unbelievable, we have been trying to arrange to view another property, this time with Bagshaws in Ashbourne. Arranged two weeks ago for a Saturday (because they don't do evening viewings, JOKE!) two days before the viewing received a call asking if we could change the time which we agreed to, regrettably. In the meantime, our circumstances changed so we needed to move the time by one hour, Bagshaws, not a chance, consequently, a viewing we have waited two weeks for is now off!.
I am absolutely astonished that this shower remain in business, any other agents we have spoken too have a realisation and understand the purpose for being in business, TO SELL PROPERTIES! How this rabble manage to do this I do not know.
