We’ve paid thousands of pounds towards the extra management services over a few years as a landlord and the management service aforementioned was NON-EXISTENT. The property manager himself was impossible to get hold of, especially during crucial times. Our tenants suffered with faulty windows for 6 months and still wasn't fixed. As the tenants moved out, Foxtons conducted an unauthorised check-out inventory (and tried to charge us for it). The tenants overstayed and the outstanding rent from that period was issued 15 MONTHS after the tenants moved out. Will never let through them again.... Read more

The move in process was hell, asked me for a bunch of documentation the day that I was due to move in. They also took 400 from my deposit after I left the flat in great condition. They also told me that an item was missing (a cheap small speaker that I never used) after I moved out when it WAS NOT missing, and even if it was missing it wouldn’t cost £400. I emailed many times about this but ofc they ignored my emails. Will never work with them again.... Read more

I would avoid Foxtons Wembley at all times. We were shown property by Isa, and our offer was accepted. Within merely 3-4 days, Isa and Carlos the manager started forcing us to go with a different lawyer (and not our one with whom we have good relations). Once our offer was accepted, we paid our solicitor fees, submitted searches and invested about 1000k. Again in 3-4 days they started questioning us why the survey isnt done and we said that we are still going through options with our mortgage advisor and will submit application soon. They kept bullying and pressuring us to hurry up. Meanwhile, they kept accepting multiple offers from 2-3 buyers whilst the property already being under offer. In 2-3 weeks (by this time we paid money to our mortgage advisor and submitted application), they accepted offer from another buyer!! Avoid foxtons wembley at all times. Being two women, mother and daughter, they treated us with upmost disrespect. And if this can happen to us, it can happen to anyone. Here we are now in 1.5k loss due to them showing multiple buyers at the same time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS... Read more

As new comers to London they took advantage of our situation, offered us a house in a dangerous neighborhood claiming it was very quite and safe. Heartless, money hungry company who would lie without blinking just to squeeze you of your money, and would put young children at risk without thinking twice.. Made our coming to London an absolute nightmare! Do yourself a favor and stay away! Worst mistake of my life dealing with them!!! ZERO STARS IF NOT LESS!!!... Read more
