We've done a lot of moves in different parts of the country in the past twenty-five years and purchasing through Moore Allen and Innocent was by far the best experience. Excellent and consistent 'can do' attitude from Matt, Theresa and Jamie plus that all important X-factor: a sense of humour. Couldn't fault them.

They are nice during your tenancy but terrible at the end of tenancy. No replies on emails when your asking a question, 2 months to return deposit, your clearly forgotten about as your no longer a source of income. And if you ring to speak to someone she is rude and talks down to you. Judging by other reviews this happens to most renters at the end of tenancy, for that reason I would avoid using them again.

For a company as large as this they have a absolutely terrible website. It's slow, clunky and most of the time doesn't work at all. They must be losing potential buyers who aren't able to access the information they require.
The service you receive on the phone isn't much better. They take a long time to call you back and emails containing information promised never seem to materialise.

We recently completed on a property that was handled by Mark at Moore Allen and we couldn’t recommend Mark enough!
He is the most supportive and helpful estate agent we’ve ever met. He chased and chased and pushed things through when it was most needed. He cares and has a very calm and efficient way of working, keeping both sellers and buyers informed and happy. Don’t go anywhere else, you won’t find a better agent!
