We have been dealing with Ben at Thomas Morris for around 6 months now and his communication has been brilliant. We are still in the process of looking for a house having now secured a buyer through Thomas Morris with the help of Ben and the rest of the team. Ben in particular is very personable and is just ways a pleasure to deal with. His advice up to now has always felt spot on and wouldn't hesitate to to recommend him to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house.

As an estate agent they have been really good property sold in two weeks and they helped with everything along the way. They are friendly helpful and offer good advice. I would say though the conveyancing is not worth the extra money nearly £2000 more than most the others and have not done anything spectacular to justify that additional cost.
