Absolutely terrible experience with this estate agent (Tuhin). We are still chasing him for our deposit (£2000) and we are now taking him to court. As mentioned below, he won't answer any calls now that he is indebted to us. We are confident that we will get the money back through the courts, but this is a warning, do NOT deal with this estate agency. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable company. Cannot be trusted at all and will spend your deposit.
Also don't be fooled by the pretend positive reviews below, which have obviously been written by the estate agent himself.
Update: This is to inform anyone that Wincon Properties have finally been expelled from The Property Ombudsman in February 2018, which means that legally they are not allowed to trade.

If I could I would leave no stars at all. Never dealt with such unprofessional people. MR TUHIN doggiest guy of them all. Still owns me £500 and if I understand correctly i am not the only one. Stay away from this company.
Seen his reply all I can say more lies...using my name in a reply to a person I have never met is another weird point of Mr Tuhin's business methods

worst company ever! took my deposit 4 months ago and DO NOT answer my calls ever since!!! when I go to the office all I hear are promises of refunding it.. ...EDIT, after the responsse from owner: The case explained is not my case, I gave the deposit for buying a property, not renting one, and have all signed documents, that it is refundable. NOW IT IS A YEAR WITHOUT GETTING THE REFUND.

My Mother left their propety 9 months ago we still chasing her deposit they are thiefs, my monther is a 62 year old with health problem they advantge
on her we will not rest untill we get our deposit back.stealing money.

Just last week I sold my property based on East London at a very good price. Staffs are professional and efficient.Had a very good experience with the company.Will be definitely working with this company for future sells as well.

Terrible experience with this company. They never call you back. Never arrange viewings. Unprofessional and you would be better off going elsewhere. They also promise to put your property on loads of websites yet don't. Wasted time and energy. Don't bother.
