The agent handling my case, Jason, was incredibly attentive and supportive throughout the entire process. From the initial viewing to explaining the finer details, responding to emails, and guiding me through the referencing process, agreement signing, and check-in, Jason's professionalism and timely responses to any requests or queries I had were exemplary. Another colleague, Sam, deserves a special mention for his supportive and attentive approach when I contacted the office. It's clear that customer service is a top priority for the Henry Wiltshire team. One of the worst estate agents I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with. I found the sales manager named Jason to be rude, aggressive, unprofessional and a bully with the underhanded intimidating tactics he uses to try and and force people to sell along with his threatening behaviour he has shown towards me causing distress.
