I used Jackson-Stops to sell a flat in Oxted, on behalf of a relative. I was very impressed with their service, especially since this was the second agent I had tried.
Stuart gave realistic advice about pricing, which led to an almost immediate offer, and Jenny was very persistent in dealing with various complications that arose during the sale process. Stuart and Jenny were both helpful, responsive and professional throughout. I strongly recommend Jackson-Stops.

I used Jackson Stops to sell my apartment as having spoken with them I felt that they had the right profile and approach towards dealing with any potential buyers for the property.
They were already familiar with the apartment having sold it previously and also had a successful track record of selling other apartments within in the same property. I was also very appreciative of the fact that they had assisted me by providing probate valuations before the property was placed on the market.
My primary contact point was Stuart, but I also dealt with other members of the team at Oxted and found them all to be friendly, professional and readily accessible throughout the whole sale process, as well as being proactive in updating me and providing me with feedback.
It was a pleasure dealing with Jackson Stops throughout the whole of the sale process.

Jackson Stops, Oxted was involved in the selling of our house and the purchase of our new property. Both concluded successfully, due primarily through their excellent communications keeping us informed of progress at all times. The staff were well informed and experienced at showing prospective buyers around our home. When there was a problem within the chain Jackson Stops kept in touch with all relevant parties so that we were always aware of what was going on. Jackson Stops took responsibility and were proactive at every stage of the process which reduced the hassle which you would normally expect when buying or selling a home. I chose Jackson Stops from four local agents, in part due to the professional approach they adopted which felt appropriate. Houses in my area are very individual and I felt a personal, empathetic response was needed.
I felt comfortable with the pricing approach and I thought the photographs were stunning (and a true representation).
Jane gave a personal approach, being experienced with houses such as mine. Appointments were well managed and feedback always prompt.
I got the result I wanted with purchasers who I thought would love the house. All complications and questions were ironed out easily.
I strongly recommend Jackson Stops in Oxted, and Jane in particular.

Very poor and unprofessional. Be very careful getting your house valued. Poor sales process. Wouldnt use ever again. If you are in the Oxted area many other more professional firms.

We recently purchased our house which was being marketed by Jackson Stops in Oxted. It was not a straightforward purchase, as it involved liaison and agreement multiple parties with regards to aquiring rights of way alongside the house. It is not an exaggeration to say that without Jane and her team at Jackson Stops the sale would have fallen through on multiple occasions. Jane went out of her way to deal with all parties, and push the deal through. She was professional, fair, responsive and diligent throughout. A few months on, we are now loving living in a very special property, which would not have happened without her help. A huge Thank You to Jane and her team.
