Once again we are so pleased that the house we wanted to buy was for sale with Roy Barrett Estate Agent. Beverley was amazing, from giving advice to sorting out problems promptly and efficiently. If she was not available Brandon was always able to help us and was obviously up to date with any problems and with progress. Buying or selling a house is never easy but the team at Roy Barrett are certainly to be highly commended for their welcome approach to the whole stressful experience!

Bev, Brandon and James were all extremely helpful, professional and courteous. They have good local knowledge and contacts, were prompt to respond to calls and emails and kept us informed of progress along the way. They were always willing to go the extra mile with advice or assistance when needed.

My solicitor waited weeks for the seller's solicitor to get started, but after contacting Beverley things were moving by the end of the day, many hiccups were encountered but Beverley always managed to deal with them and keep the purchase of my property moving forward, she has been a great help right to the very end. Would recommend Roy Barrett's fantastic service

Friendly, professional and always there or very quick to call you back. They give an honest and fair appraisal of property and I have found them to be a cool head in what can sometimes be a heated situation when involved with a property transaction. Highly recommended, must be, by far, the best in Sturminster Newton.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Roy Barretts Estate Agents. Bev, Brandon & James were absolutely first class from start to finish, we have recently made a purchase and witnessed the most heartfelt attention they have given to their seller and supported us as buyers, any questions or query was answered almost immediately. They were professional & polite throughout the whole process keeping us up to date at each stage. We also use the lettings department, Kevin is also first class with so much knowledge of the letting process, in February this year we had a 2 day turn around from a long term tenant moving out and new tenant moving in it must be a record! From the bottom of our hearts we thank you all so much.

From Nov 2019 - Sep 2020, Roy Barrett Estate Agent in Sturminster Newton worked tirelessly from start to finish on the sale of my property. Even with the not insignificant matter of the pandemic, office closure and govt restrictions, Beverley (office manager) and Brandon & James were always available to deal with my many and varied queries. Their liaison with others in the chain, their agents and solicitors was prompt and of the highest calibre - I believe it was their dedication to this liaison that enabled the chain to remain firm and for it to reach a satisfactory outcome for all vendors. This estate agent operates to the highest standards and are a credit to the profession and are to be applauded for the service they give to their clients.
