This is a review for Isobel who showed me round a house in Chippenham today. Although the house was not right for me Isobel made a very good job of representing her firm and the vendor. She combined being helpful, informative and professional, apparently effortlessly. I was impressed. Isobel is delightful in herself and an effective and capable agent. She converted what could have been a disheartening experience into a pleasure. Isobel is a real advertisement for Chappell & Matthew!

Another great example of Exceptional customer service was we received from Chappell and Matthews Chippenham, especially Thomas Vizor, what gem he is!
Went to see a property for rent in Lacock, expressed interests and filled application form same day itself and later that evening I had phone call from Thomas saying we can have the property!! How good is that. Highly appreciate his effort through out our moving in to property, also highly recommend to others to try them if they haven’t already!

Aweful service both Tara and Claire in the chipenham branch have been consistently incompetent and unhelpful. We have had several attempts to get the keys for our property returned but they have failed on multiple occasions. The communication has been apauling. Overall an aweful service.

I found Claire to be extremely professional, friendly and approachable in all dealings and she kept me informed at every stage of the process. I also find Tara in the office to be extremely helpful and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Chappell and Matthews to anyone, either purchasing or selling a house.
