Rented out a property with them and it was shoddy from start to finish. Inspections were half arsed, communication was poor, the tenant check out process was basically just left for myself to deal with. The boiler needed work and it took them two months (and several follow up emails from me) for them to say the company hadn't responded. In the end, I sorted it myself. Not sure what I paid for every month but it wasn't the full management service like I expected
edit: as you can see from their reply, they don't even have any of this on record - just proves my point about how disorganised they are. I am with a different rental company now thank goodness

Probably one of the worst estate agents i have ever come across. For the second time drove over 2 hours for a viewing. And for the 2nd time no one turned up. Same excuse someone gone off sick. They very rarely answer the phone. If your selling or buying avoid at all cost!

Hannah and the team showed absolute top attention to our needs of working quickly on the lease and getting everything set up on the last minute. They were very helpful and friendly and went out their way for us. I can highly recommend Reeds Rains Blackpool !

Applied this morning approximately 8am on a property to let for £750 a month. Received an email stating someone would call me to arrange a viewing. Never heard anything so I called this evening to be told an application had been accepted on this property today. Terrible customer service especially as I'm desperate for accommodation
