Sarah has been our main contact who has kept us updated, provided ongoing information, advice and guidance and has been completely fair in her relationship between the two parties. I can't thank the staff at Cooper Adams Rustington enough for all their help and support with selling our property. James, Chris, Sarah and Sophie are a great team - knowledgeable, friendly and alway willing to help. Our road to completion has been bumpy (a complex chain!) but they have been with us every step of the way, helping navigate the ups and down, and we couldn't have done it without them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy property in the area.

Shaun is the epitome of professionalism, putting the customer first and advancing estate agency in much needed ways.
I run an estate agency in Berkshire and have been working with Shaun to replicate the services he offers at Cooper Adams. In particular the detailed advanced property information and reservation agreements, both of which will smooth the sales process and ensure buyers and sellers are motivated, supported and have the very best chance of a successful sale/purchase.
Shaun has been kind enough to share his content with me. In an industry that can be cut-throat and competitive in ways that don't benefit the customer, it's so refreshing to see an agent who's doing the exact opposite of that and collaborating with other agents for the benefit of our clients.
The model Shaun has in place is the best I've seen, his whole approach is inspiring. I would whole-heartedly recommend Cooper Adams to any buyers and sellers in his area.

The Rustington Cooper Adams team were fantastic throughout the selling process. Plenty of viewings arranged, great communication throughout with regular updates and Sarah was brilliant in liaising with all parties concerned at the end which ensured a timely completion. I would not hesitate to recommend Cooper Adams and would definitely use them again in the future. What a great team!

Today we completed our sale and what a wonderful team to deal with. James came and gave us a realistic valuation and within 10 days we had not one but two offers over and above the asking price. Sarah was our main contact and how nice to deal with someone who is so passionate about her trade. In her absence we dealt with both Chris and James, who were also great. Sophie was so cheerful when she answered the phone one could forget the stress of selling a property. Altogether a fantastic team and I would not hesitate to use them again.

An incredible team at Cooper Adams Rustington. Extremely professional, focussed and dedicated to ensuring my sale went through in a timely and efficient manner. In particular Sarah was both passionate and committed to providing an amazing service. This was so helpful as the sale was handled mainly remotely as I live in London. The whole team are warm, friendly, down to earth and James the Manager is pragmatic, fair and offered great advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team. Terrific service.
