I would like to praise @Adam for the first class customer service he provides. From the first time we met him he stood out as the most attentive agent we have encountered, putting our requirements at the heart of what he is doing. He is passionate about his role treating us as individuals. We can't be the easiest customers (we are so picky) this never deters Adam and he continues to support us, positively, in our property journey. Wards are the most attentive agents in Herne Bay and Adam really makes us want to buy through them. A great service for buyer and seller. I should have negotiated a more competitive agent fee. I felt the fee was very high. However, A buyer was found quickly. and given the unprecedented circumstances due to Covid 19 the sale and purchase of my new property took around 3 months about average.
