It’s taken me 6 months since our move to get round to writing this, which isn’t great considering the EXCELLENT experience we had moving with Nicols. Arlene, Gaye and Daniel dealt with both our purchase and sale.. and the sale of other houses in our chain. Daniel lead with the initial visit to our house prior to putting it on the market and couldn’t have been anymore helpful and supportive. We were delighted with the quality of the marketing materials and virtual tour video. We had 35+ viewings which Arlene organised seamlessly for us, and even undertook some of the viewings on our behalf when we couldn’t. Gaye lead with our purchase and was happy to progress queries and contact between us and the vendor. Arlene gave me regular updates on how the sales chain was progressing and it was such a blessing to have Nicols as the lead contact for all the sales I felt quite sad not getting to chat with the team after the sales successfully concluded and keys were handed over. They became our friends during the whole process. And what a lovely touch receiving a bottle of wine and new home card! Thank you so much to everyone at Clarkston and Newton Mearns branches.
