Do no use these people as a tenant. Moved into an unfurnished apartment to find it full of furniture. Their answer was to make me homeless at no charge which was very kind of them.
After dealing with the problem myself I have returned home from holiday to find the heating and hot water not working during winter. They did send someone to try fix the issue but that failed again so rang back at 15:31. Nothing happened at all. No call back, no one came to try fix it again. I was just ignored. Very unprofessional outfit.
Oh and the place was unclean with light fittings hanging down and a filthy balcony when I took possession.

We would like to thank Chancellors Newbury for their excellent work in helping us acquire our new properties. We would like to thank Susan Shelley for her work in this, and in particular we would like to thank Luke Medlin. This acquisition came from a suggestion of his during a conversation about another property. He then showed us round the property shortly afterwards and from that point on his communication and efficiency has been excellent. We wanted to complete on the property quickly and this was accomplished in just over 2 months from acceptance of the offer! Luke was always on hand to speak to and kept constant communication with updates and other information requested. We provide investment services to property investors and so need professionals we work with to provide the same level of customer service that we promote in our own company, and Luke certainly has done this! We look forward to working with Chancellors Newbury again on our next acquisition and many after that!
