The plaudits and positive comments on the reviews below are all ones which I strongly support. Both Graciela Loveday and Tiffany Fieldman were quite excellent in dealing with the sale of my flat. They were both very professional, knowledgeable of the market, and very good at keeping me regularly updated. I was impressed with the number of prospective buyers they managed to have to come and view the property. From 'offer to completion' was just 12 weeks, and both Gracie and Tiffany worked hard behind the scenes to ensuring good communication between buyer and solicitors, and overcoming some obstacles and possible delays. Well done to both as good professional team. I recommend their skills and expertise.

Gracie , assisted by Tiffany went through a range of obstacles to sell our property. We had issues with a number of unreliable/ unscrupulous buyers .
Throughout this long period, Gracie remained positive and energetic and consistently outperformed other agents we brought in by a wide margin (viewings and great communication)
The actual sale was delayed with continuous and frivolous questions by the buyers solicitors. Gracie and Tiffany patiently assisted both sides to enable the sale to finally go ahead.
Gracie is a true professional and possesses something lacking in many agents - integrity.

I have been thoroughly pleased with all my dealings with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and I have no hesitation in recommending them as an Estate Agent, and their Sales Manager Graciela Loveday in particular. We had a very long, very difficult and very involved sale process involving a leashold property and recent government changes to leasehold legislation, but Gracie was utterly persistent, proactive and tenacious throughout the protracted sale process to 'get things done', with great ideas, such as 'virtually' dressing the empty apartment; indeed I think it's fair to say the sale might not have happened but for Gracie's proactiveness and persistent chasing of all parties involved! She also 'went above and beyond' with things like obtaining meter readings for me (as I was at the opposite end of the country to the property being sold). Greatly appreciated and highly recommended!

Gracie has been fantastic. Offer and ask were initially far apart, Gracie spent the time needed to give all parties the right information and perspectives to agree the deal. The transaction was then complicated and long, Gracie stuck with it, helping tackle challenges with solicitors, managing agents, surveyors, missing documents and even missing keys. It has been a pleasure to work with Gracie on this and I couldn't recommend her more highly - thank you Gracie.
