Out of all the agencies that I have signed up with, Anthony from Marsh & Parsons Battersea has been the most helpful and found our dream rental flat in less than a week. A genuine understanding of my requirements allowed for efficient viewings of suitable properties and a disregard for those he knew I wouldn't consider. As an experienced landlord, I was looking for another agency to the one I had been using for about 10 years. Rachel and her team were very helpful and informative and to my surprise, very quickly found potential tenants who unfortunately backed out. It may have been guarantor cold feet as the tenants were a young couple with 1st London jobs and in a more expensive area of London.
Unfortunately for M&P, the original agency then found a tenant whom I accepted.
Next time, I will certainly give M&P another call. Thankyou Rachel and Team.
