Half way through the process the agent stopped communicating. I was advised they had gone into administration, but they then tried to arrange another viewing. Avoid at all costs.

Worst experience ever.. moved in a flat with 5month baby. After 3 month living got a call from agent that they want to book a viewing for a flat… find out that flat is for Sell, no one said anything before signing contract that flat is for sale and maybe it can be sold soon… so agency started doing viewings. And the best thing we’re sleeping in the morning and agent just unlocked a door and came into flat without any call before nothing. Is that normal??? Bought all furnitures everything and now again have to look for a new flat… that’s how they work…

Zuzanna went out of her way to secure me a great flat, she was very friendly and easy going so what can be a stressful process was made extremely easy thanks to her. Also for the admin side of things now I have moved in Anne Hodell is fantastic in answering any questions I had and keeping me up to date on anything I needed to know as a tenant. I use Hart & Co first time and was the best idea to step in this agency . I just wanted to leave a review to say how impressed my fiance and I were with Zuzanna from the East Acton branch. She is so professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable. She show us what we ask for and found us perfect flat . Zuzanna made the viewing process stress free.

This agent offers a lot of very clean rooms. Stefano always seems to be busy, but he does very quick response. and Santa gives a very polite explanation. I felt they were very friendly and wonderful!

David helped me sold the property which has been on the market since 2019, the overall experience is great. David tried his best to accelerate the progress and being patient despite the transaction lasted 5 months. Note that this estate agent doesn't use Rightmove but on Zoopla and everywhere else, this doesn't seem affected my sale but something you might want to keep in mind before you sign with them. Their
