Our sale and move could not have gone any better.
From the first conversation with Oliver and Matthew at Gibson Lane to completion, we could not fault any one element of the sale process. It was faultless.
With 17 viewings we sold on day one at just over the asking price, which was already more than similar neighbouring properties.
From there on, Caroline, Gibson Lane's sale coordinator, did a superb job liaising with our buyer, their and our solicitor as well as the estate agents for our vendors and their solicitor. The estate agent's team handling our purchase praised the good work that Gibson Lane did and in particular, Caroline.
We have moved many times and this was by far the most hassle-free and stress-less move, and that was down to the team at Gibson Lane.
We have no hesitation in recommending Gibson Lane and are so pleased that we made the decision to sell our house through them.

Sorry I have selected the wrong address as this is one of the worst pain points that my current property does not exist based on the Pincode:KT26AB
My current Address is: Flat 3 Montana House, Gibbon Road. Which does not exist while checking based on the pincode.
I have used their service to get an apartment. Its really irritating service and i am telling because of the below reasons.
> Once you signed the contract they won't bother about it, you have to call them/chase them for everything.
>They don't respond regarding any issue until you call them multiple times.
> there is no feedback/escalation loop, So you have taken their service you are tracked into loop.
> My property is a new development, and it has been 15days, i can't see this property name on the government sites. So i am unable to get any service such as Broadband/Kids School/NHS/Garbage collection/Electricity/Gas bills. And whenever i call them, they will say, we are working on this.
> All of these are laterally creating hazard to my family(couple+2kids).
So overall i will never recommend to take their services.

We had a very positive experience buying through Gibson Lane. Sean showed us around many properties, and was excellent - professional, knowledgable, friendly, letting us view the properties in our own time, with a non-aggressive sales manner, which we really appreciated. The whole team were always available, helpful and very quick to respond to queries, and worked hard to maintain excellent communication throughout the chain, to ensure all the purchases and sales went through. The team (especially Sean and Oliver) went above & beyond, with advice and help that perhaps should have come from our estate agents that we were selling our property through - but we trusted Gibson Lane more! We would certainly use this agent to sell any future property.

Sean and Oliver helped enormously us to find our house in a very challenging market and complete the purchase in a particular situation with the seller. They have been very professional through any step of the process and available to answer all our queries in a timely manner as well as facilitate all the communications with the counterpart even post completion. We first viewed the house in late March 2021 and completed the purchase at the end of June so the process was complicated by Covid-19 restrictions. The Gibson Lane team provided a helpful balance of encouragement and support to help keep us informed and to maintain momentum during a period when all components of the conveyancing system were subject to exceptional demand from pressures caused by the stamp duty discount. In particular Gibson Lane facilitated our direct contact with the sellers which proved very constructive for resolving a number of practical uncertainties and problems.

They made us feel very valued, they were extremely organised and kept us informed regularly throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. We had an amazing experience with Gibson Lane.
Our journey started in the end of March, when we met a wonderful Manager of Kingston branch, Oliver Pearson, who was extremely honest, helpful and friendly. We have no words to describe his support and professionalism throughout the whole process.
We had an offer on our house within a week, exchanged our contracts within a month and it was all down to an amazing service we received at Gibson Lane.
