The staff who showed us around several properties were extremely knowledgeable about each one. They were also polite, punctual and very helpful. Once we had an offer accepted on a property, Victoria Field, the Sales Progression & Compliance Manager, has been wonderful. She regularly kept us updated as to how the sale was going and any request/query we had were answered promptly, in a very professional and friendly manner.
