I rented a property through Northwood Norwich agency in 2022. It's has been a very pleasant and comfortable experience with them since then. The agency is very easy to reach and supportive for any questions and help during tenancy. I am really pleased and would definitely recommend to rent a property through them. From the outset of my tenancy until the end, I have found them to be honest, upfront, efficient and extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation in using them again or in recommending them to others. Given the poor experiences people often have with Letting agents, it was thoroughly refreshing to find a business that still has integrity and a human touch. Thank you.

Northwood have been, and are, fantastic at looking after the sale of my property in a tough market. Having recieved two offers at asking price. Danny is friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend them when selling a property.

Northwood took over my tenancy mid-way through and the transition was quick and easy for me.
They have been great when I’ve had to deal with them, any issues I had were responded to quickly and arranged promptly.
Peggy and Josh are who I dealt with mostly and they were kind and quick with anything I needed to discuss with them.

Shockingly poor service, I am a current tenant and the electricity keeps failing in a modern flat in the centre of Norwich. Called them at just after 5pm on a weekday after it failed again and the owner called and said he could not get an electrician out until the next day … to a flat in the middle of Norwich. This was after asking me to leave a 5 star rating for them after moving in … furthermore when the fire alarm triggered for no reason on a Tuesday at 6pm 2 weeks after moving in, the owners suggestion was to cut the mains cable to the detector … alarm was still going at 10am the following morning when I went to work, caused issues with the neighbours obviously. Do not provide any sort of assistance when these issues occur. My advice, don’t go with this agent.

Excellent Service! Renting from Northwood has been a breeze from start to finish. They're always easy to reach and very quick at sorting out any problems. Peggy, who we mostly dealt with, was always friendly and really helpful. Overall, renting with them has been great and I'd definitely use them again and ofcourse recommend!
