While I haven't ended up letting via Robson's, I want to write a review to mention that through my recent experiences with them, it is clear why they are the market leader in the Northwood and Pinner area.
I first approached them via a personal recommendation when I found that my family of 4, including two young children, had been served a Section 21 notice on the 4 bed property in Eastbury we had let for 3.5 years, and had just 6 weeks to find a new home.
The lead consultant from the Moor Park office called me straightaway and took the time to explain the market to me, offered advice for negotiating with my current landlord and arranged for me to speak to his lettings team.
James from the Northwood lettings team called me that same morning, instantly registered me, and organised an off-market viewing as the first candidate to view. While that property wasn't quite right, James has checked in by calling me every few days and talked through other property options to try to help me out at a very challenging time.
At some point in the future I will be buying or renting again in the Northwood or Pinner area, and I will 100% be contacting Robson's to support me through that process.
I remember great customer service, and teams that demonstrate both commercial expertise and empathy. Too many people seem to treat the property business as nothing more than a transaction, whereas I believe estate agents are in the business of creating family homes. The good agents realise this, nurturing the relationships to bring together buyer and seller, and creating the foundations for families to create happy memories and owners to secure fantastic tenants who care for their property as they would their own.

Paul at Robsons Moor Park provided an excellent service. The sale of my Dad’s house was not the easiest, for reasons beyond their control, but Robsons always adapted to the situation and handled things professionally and with care. I would definitely recommend them

We had a really great experience with Robsons Moor Park when buying our new house, the team there are fantastic and super responsive. Paul Fussey was outstanding, in particular in resolving queries and keeping the momentum going. We also dealt with Annabel who was also great and very helpful in arranging multiple viewings. All round great experience and I highly recommend the Robsons team at Moor Park.

The team at Robsons was absolutely amazing. We purchased our home recently and after dealing with a few other estate agents during the process it was so refreshing to deal with estate agents who were pleasant and willing to really act as a go-between with a focus on getting a deal over the line for both parties. Their communication was brilliant, they were professional and the service throughout was excellent - I cannot recommend them enough!

The agent told me I can’t view the property because I haven’t sold mine just yet… I never heard before this is a rule but apparently it is with Robsons according to their staff. According to my solicitor it is illegal to refuse showing. Disappointed
