I still get nightmare from my experience with them, they are extremely rude and unprofessional it's really shocking. I got a women on the phone because of a problem with the deposit (made us call several times every weeks but still wouldn't do /send what they said they would)trying to explain our situation and the told me to never call back again ???! This place will try to scam you if they see a possibility (we fought to have our deposit back because the landlord try to keep it lying about broken things in the apartment but thanks to my smart partner we had pictures of the place from before we move in and we were able to get our full deposit back) Be careful of who you trust with your money!!... Would definitely recommend Austins - I purchased a property through them, we had some issues but nothing to do with Austins, Mandy was fantastic, kept us in the loop at all times, went above and beyond her Job role I'd say to help support us in what was a difficult Purchase (Again nothing to do with Austins) Would definitely recommend to family and friends... Trying to get my deposit back and i am having all sorts of issues being accused of damaging things and not being given evidence, not respoinding to emails and making me call all the time without a solution and they also are taking money out of my depoist on TheDPS website, luckily i have screenshots ????...
