I agree with the other reviews here. To sum it up, INCOMPETENT. I engaged them to sell a commercial property on my behalf several years ago. Did absolutely nothing for a long time. I found a buyer myself (through my own adverts on social media) and when I found a prospective buyer, they had the audacity to criticise me for putting the status of my advert to Sale Subject to Contract. Then when it was sold, they had the audacity to ask for their commission. Useless bunch of freeloaders.

A totally incompetent company who just happen to be the management company for the small development of houses in which we live. The staff are in general clueless and inexperienced and trying to speak with Paul Sulsh has proved to be impossible. Despite several calls made to speak with this man, none whatsoever have been returned. Do not deal with this company if you have the choice and option to use an alternative company.

This company is the estate agent for the estate where i have my mortgage. Avoid. Unprofessional. They raise the price every year with no explanation why. They send vague accounting statements of charges and when asked what the lines mean they don't respond.

They offered flat which I am renting to someone else whilst I am still in the flat and they never sorted out issues with mold . Do not rent from this mopeds

Awful managing agent because of management. took 2 years to rectify an issue they caused. their staff can't keep up with the huge workload. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I think that a lot of reviews on here are quote unfair regarding Fell Reynolds. They seem to try their best but I'm not sure how much their hands are bound by each landlords reluctance to put their hands in their pockets to resolve issues. Fell Reynolds are management agents not property owners.
I've lived in a Fell Reynolds managed property for 27 months and this is my observation.

this company is absolutely ridiculous, it does the absolute bare minimum and has no regard for its tenants, the amount of mould I've seen in some peoples houses is ridiculous, people are breathing this in and they're doing nothing, and they send out the most incompetent dismissive people that don't even listen, it's as though they're reading from a script! please don't use this company, their buildings are basically uninhabitable.

Fell reynolds are happy to allow me and my partner to sleep in a moldy and hazardness flat due to their inability to even try and upkeep the exterior of the building that we're renting in. We alerted them to this increasing issue last year (maybe 6-8 months ago when the weather was warm and lockdown had been eased) and nothing has been done, no real help offered. Personal possesions have been damaged and ruined, our health put at risk, and our home made to feel like a burden. We have spent hundereds on cleaning products and a big dehumidifier to try and ease the issue, but despite 3 layers of industrial mold killer and white vinegar, the mold (and now plant life) has reimerged. This company is so incredibly unprofessional, and considering its apparently illegal now to let this happen, they must have some real nads. fix my home.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Incompetent is not the word. My poor home is ruined with the rain because of a blocked pipe. They are fobbing me off left right and Center. They lie they cheat. Disgusting company. I’ve phoned the papers the MP. and rip off Britain. Kent house is neglected with this company and I pay £250 a month what a joke

Worst service you can imagine. Our lift is constantly broke (new building!!) and they do nothing!!!! No explanation, no answer. Now lift if been off for 20 days!!!!!!!! Not to mention other issues
