Belvoir were amazing for us despite our purchase being a complicated minefield. My Wife and I dealt with Heidi and Liam and both possessed the skill to make us feel supported in an almost 'old trusted friend' way. The communication was ultra reliable and we truly felt like they were both pulling out all the stops in order to get us over the line...... and they did! Certainly an asset and a credit to Belvoir. I can not recommend Belvoir enough. We had been on the market for 7 months with another agent and had one sale fall through due to our Buyer not actually having the funding in place we only found this out 3 months into the process and had to collapse an entire chain. We decided to try another agent and went with Belvoir after seeing some reviews online the sales team right from the start were brilliant, particular shout out to the incredible Katy Nicholls and Lewis who secured us the best offer from a serious buyer even offering their professional advice when we received more than one offer as to who was the best buyer to go with. Once we agreed a deal we were handed over to the incredible Heidi in after sales. Heidi really is a credit to Belvoir, we had buyers who hadn’t much experience and needed a lot of encouragement to get the sale to go through. Communication to me was excellent and I am someone who needs a lot of communication and I was never made to feel like I was a pain (even when I probably was!) I wish you all the success you kept me sane in a very difficult time to buy and sell a home.... Read more

The team @ Belvoir Cannock are efficient, professional, understanding and attentive. There has never been a point throughout the letting process where I have felt a burden or inconvenience. In addition and potentially the most critical factor is the people employed sound and act engaged and engendered in providing the best possible service continually. If I could leave a zero review then I would, absolutely disgusting experience with Penny Watson who is at the cannock office. Penny has sent emails to my daughter trying to state she is still liable for all bills at her previous address until a new tenant takes over! She also stated that my daughter can not have her deposit back until a new tenant takes over! She said my daughter was liable for damage to the door of the property because she knew the name of the person that did the damage yet my daughter was away on holiday at the time of the incident! The woman has no knowledge of the job she is doing, she has no knowledge of the lettings law! Please avoid using this company for private lettings at all costs!! On the plus side the chaps at the wednesbury office are very polite and helpful ????... Read more
