Janie manages our property and is beyond amazing. She is always all over everything and is very quick to respond to my queries to ensure the tenants are happy and the property is fully functioning. This is especially true at the end of each tenancy when Janie manages the process including any repairs. Janie has made the whole process smoother through her proactiveness, dedication to service, advice and communication.

Be warned, these guys were awful the whole two years of our tenancy. Janie was so unhelpful and rude whenever we reached out. At the end of the tenancy we left the property in great condition, and she tried to take £804 of our deposit, £560 of which was for cleaning. Luckily our deposit was held in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme so having disputed it they ruled in our favor, but watch out.

I could not recommend Winkworth Fulham and Parsons Green enough. The lettings team are quick, professional and have provided me with excellent tenants!
Nothing was too much trouble.. Amelia and Georgia guided me through the whole process seamlessly.
If you are currently letting your property with another agent, I would suggest moving over to Winkworth immediately!
