The team at Osprey are far ahead of the other agencies when it comes to the propoerty rental experience. I've lived in rented homes for almost 30 years and the landlord/agent is usually hard work. But not this time. A special shout out to Charlotte for her approachability, knowledge and professionalism... and also for really understanding the rental experience from both the landlord and the tenant's points of view. Highly recommend as a trusted agency.

We had a viewing of one of their property in Stamford. Lady (I won’t be saying her name here) we had a viewing with was very unpleasant and ignorant, felt unwelcome and when my partner tried to ask questions she answered: ‘’what are you about?’’ Maybe if she would show the property as a proper real estate agent we used came across we wouldn’t need to ask questions. Very unprofessional and I hope she only had a bad day otherwise… she doesn’t represent the company’s name in professional manner. Shame

Angela (and Emily before her) could not have been more helpful, supportive and consistent in helping me to sell my little Oundle property. They repeatedly went above and beyond in order to see a rather drawn out sale process through and I very much felt that we might not have even got to the finish line had it not been for Angela’s determination and organisation. As it is, all’s well that ends well and hopefully the buyer is as delighted as I am. Cannot recommend Osprey enough. Thank you to Angela and the team!

Fantastic Service from Hannah, made the whole experience of selling my home easy and stress free. Great, regular communication and always friendly and efficient.
