The best agents in Northamptonshire - Stonhill’s. At first I placed my property on the market for 3 months with another local, well known estate agents. They provided viewings daily during the 3 month period. Having to constantly clean your home daily for this time because a chore & it’s stressful. My property then went onto the market with Stonhills. Within 12hrs the property was sold at full asking price. I wished I had originally chosen Stonhills. Lewis Stonhill has been within the business for many years & it shows. He is full of knowledge, professional, acts fast & sells your home hassle free. We wholeheartedly recommend Stonhills if you’re thinks about selling your property. We phoned their Northampton branch and our call was answered quickly and professionally by a young Lady called Sapphire. So I explained I wanted to put my property on the Market and she made an appointment to visit us the very next day. Her professional approach was fantastic, arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the area we lived in and explained how Stonhills would like to market our house. We very quickly were advised of a asking price and after further discussion high quality photos were taken of all the inside and outside which we quickly approved. Our house was sold within 3 days after us accepting an offer just under evaluation. It did take a while to get to Completion with all the recent COVID restrictions in place, but we were updated all the way through the process from both Sapphire and Stonehills Main Sales lead Lewis We felt confident from start to Completion that Stonhills looked after us, keeping us up to date and always in a very professional manner.
