Our business was conducted through the Churchdown office. The team we dealt with and the administration were courteous, professional, friendly and helpful in all aspects of the process from the initial meeting through to the property being put into SOLD status. Information was consistent, viewings and offers were consistently handled to our best needs and this showed with the high interest on our property generated by good advertising and knowing their market and clients. Their determination played a key role in securing our sale. Allison Breddy took over the proceedings once sold, this was made easier for us by her dilgent and constant information flow, reassurance, help and encouragement, all in all 5 stars and I have no hesitation in recommending The Property Centre and the team.every one we dealt with were worthy ambassadors for their company.

We cannot believe how efficiently finding a property has been and the speed with which it has been handled.

We can’t recommend the property centre Churchdown enough for helping us buy our first home. We had some bumps along the way regarding the vendor of the property we were buying, but with the help of Alistair, Richard and Lorna we got there and are now proud owners who have finally managed to get on the property ladder.
The above named persons, we great at communicating, kept us informed the whole way and was happy to answer my thousand phone calls ????(I did mention this was my first home buy) nothing was to much trouble for them and if I ever wanted to buy again I would definitely come to these guys to help me sell and buy.

Everyone I have dealt with at The Property Centre in Churchdown has been extremely helpful, from viewings through to purchasing my new property. In particular Mary who showed me round at many of the viewings and Lorna who kept me up to date regularly with how everything was progressing after I had made an offer. They have made the process really easy and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
