From start to finish, our experience with Balgores was absolutely brilliant. Particular mention to Joe who completed our valuation to such a high standard. Our flat was marketed so well that it only took a few weeks to sell, which is a welcomed change from the estate agents that we had tried previously. Joe worked with great professionalism and knew exactly what to do and say when showing our property. Sarah, our sales Progressor then helped to ensure all our questions were answered as we neared completion. No question ever felt like a silly question to ask. I cannot recommend Balgores enough, especially Allanah. Her and the team have been absolutely fantastic with our house sale. They are constantly keeping us updated and are great with helpful tips on how to get the best out of our property. Our house sold in 8 days and we couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t use any other estate agents other than Balgores, they have been brilliant.

He makes himself always available in answering all your questions and concerns, especially I was just new UK tenant. He is the best bridge to communicate with the Landlord.
