Amazing service from Tom, Will and the team here. The process of selling my house was seamless from start to finish. Will and Tom met me for a face to face meeting on Day 1 outlining the plan and followed it to a T. This included obtatining the best property price with regular updates from Will all in reasonable time. After the offer was accepted I was please to receive further updates from Sandy who kept me informed on all matters.
I would definately recommend this company and team if you are looking to buy or sell your house in Northampton.

A massive thank you to Jackson grundy who helped us sell our house. After getting several quotes and meeting several estate agents, from the get go they were the best, not only on getting us the best price but offering the best customer service. Would only ever reccomend Jackson grundy to any friends or family who are looking to sell. On a side note would also like to say a personal thank you to Sandy in the Wellingborough road office, with whom we had the most communication with. We recently had a baby making the process of moving all that stressful but she was so helpful, polite and friendly. Always asked how we were all doing and it's them little touches that make you feel valued as a customer.

Excellent service from start to finish. We hit a number of setbacks due to the difficult housing market over the last year, but Jackson Grundy have provided great service throughout and with their help we managed to complete in November. Tom and Will have been brilliant with us, I appreciated the honesty, proactivity, resilience and constant communication. We worked with Sandy during the completion stage and she worked tirelessly to get our sales and purchase over the line. We have recently had to sell our former family home on behalf of our parents. Tom from the Abington branch of Jackson Grundy managed the whole process with sensitivity whilst being extremely efficient which rendered the whole process the best it could possibly be. He was managing the sale and purchase of the chain of 4 properties but from our point of view made it all happen seamlessly whilst working incredibly hard behind the scenes. Tom’s expert knowledge of the local area meant he was able to give us sensible and measured advice without being pushy. His communication was excellent providing a means of direct communication with the buyers which worked really well. Truely amazing from beginning to end and more! My estate agent was William Smith and he was everything I could possibly want in an estate agent. From communications through to recommending trades people to complete work after the sale, his desire and commitment to making sure you are happy and comfortable with every aspect of the house was second to none.
