Would highly recommend Sears in JP, everyone was professional and they always kept me updated on progress from offer all the way through to exchange/completion. Buying a house can be stressful. My journey with sears started in August when I made my offer and will complete on the 18th this month. Being in a big chain, brought some challenges emotionally. Colin, Daniel and especially Charlotte have empathise, help, support and even had broad shoulders when I was loosing faith in the process (I apologise for that). Charlotte was there all the way through the journey. When I was ready to walk out, Charlotte managed to say the right words and managed to negotiate with the chain a way to finally enable the exchange. I really didn’t think I was going to make it to the finishing line due to stress and financial impact but we did it and I’m super grateful for all the work Sears did. The biggest thank you to Charlotte, Colin and Daniel.

Couldn’t fault Sears as an estate agent, great communication and conduct themselves professionally with a really thorough and friendly service. We switched to Sears following two stressful and expensive fall throughs with a frustratingly hard to deal with, rival agent.
The difference was surprising. The team at Sears guided us through the whole process, with regular updates, helpful hints and kept the momentum going to ensure our chain got over the line.
We really can't thank them enough and would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Amanda from Sears Bracknell always very customer focus and professional in her work. She helped me to secure a plumber to attend my property which has a leak within 1 hour of receiving my sos. She also ensures my tenants are fully aware and make the whole experience as stress free as possible for all the parties involved. Amanda is an asset to Sears and this is one of the reasons I go back to Sears time and time again as a landlord.

We went to view a property that Daniel showed us, but it wasn’t for us, in response to our enquiry. He said he’d let us know if anything more to our liking came up. Next week he called to say there was an opportunity to see something he’d just taken on and thought it would be perfect for us. Talk about ticking all the boxes! Daniel had listened to what we wanted, was able to see what was important to us and found us the perfect place for us. In our experience estate agents say they’ll keep you in mind but actually just send you loads of properties, just sending everything on their stock list, without filtering out ones they know you won’t like. Daniel made sure that he didn’t waste our time, we’re busy people, and only asked us to view what he knew was right for us. Great guy to do business with, who knows his area and takes time to know his buyers and vendors. 5 stars!

I sold my flat on jennets park through Sears. Originally I chose the cheapest estate agent but what a mistake that was. I then moved to Sears and they regained my confidence in estate agents. They were considerate of the fact I have a baby so they were super helpful when arranging viewings. They know JP so well and I found them to be honest and friendly. They sold my flat in brilliant time and made helped to make the process seamless from the point of offer. And more importantly they got asking price for me.
