Excellent service from AP Morgan in Halesowen, Sharon who dealt with our transaction was very efficient, and communication and information given was second to none.
Our whole transaction, selling our rental property, was completed in 6 weeks from start to finish, which we were absolutely thrilled with, at a very competitive fee with no hidden extras. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic service provided by Halesowen branch of AP Morgan. Our first contact was with Shaun Phillips who promptly arranged the viewing of a property we are interested in. Corrine Locker met us at the property. She showed us around and also answered any questions we had. Both Corrine and Shaun were very helpful and dealt with us in a professional but friendly manner. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future and I'd also recommend their service to others.

First class service, easy transaction, simple process, friendly and skilled team. This is the second time we have dealt with AP Morgan, we have been buyers and sellers and have received equally high standards of service as both. Credit and kudos to the exceptional skill level of Britt (after sales), who is an incredible employee. She kept our sale/purchase moving and dealt with solicitors, keeping us in the loop the whole time, making the whole experience as stress free and easy as possible. We chose to sell our property with AP Morgan because we had received such exceptional service as buyers (especially from Britt).
No problem recommending AP Morgan to anyone - if fact we have already done so with several friends.

Couldn't rate AP Morgan high enough!
After our property fell through Shaun Phillips helped us get back on track! Within 2 days we were sold again and had consistent communication from Shaun every step of the way. This took the stress out of what could have been a pretty tough situation.
Also credit to Sharon Lewis for her help with the after sales!

I am currently in the process of selling my flat with AP Morgan (Halesowen). Having had a bad experience with another well known estate agents, I was recommended AP Morgan and I’m so glad I moved agents. They have been professional, friendly and helpful from the start. I have had two sales fall through, but Shaun got another prospective buyer in within 24 hours and I have now accepted another offer. His commitment to customer care is second to none and he is exactly what a modern estate agent should be.
Sharon is also a fantastic asset to this company, she knows exactly what’s going on, she’s proactive, helpful and always a pleasure to speak to.
