Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Contract period 16 weeks - longer than most. Very disappointed in number of viewings with only one speculative offer. Problem with determining accurate market value. Could be more proactive in providing viewing feedback.

After 7months in a no chain I am finally in. If it wasn’t for the team at Patrick Gardner I highly doubt I would be in the property and would have been lost due to the lack of communication from both parties solicitors.
