I don’t normally write reviews but feel compelled to say that we had the most incredible service and support from Hamptons, East Sheen and Elena in particular. She was ever so efficient, responsive and most importantly gave us very sound advice. She and Matthew exceeded our expectations at every turn and went well beyond the level of support you would normally expect to receive from any estate agent. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

We’ve just completed on both a purchase and sale with Hamptons and would highly recommend getting Elena on board if you’re thinking of buying or selling. She was incredibly supportive and honest throughout the transactions and was always on the other end of the phone should you need her. She had excellent working relationships with external agencies involved and I felt we were in very capable hands at all times even when things got a bit tricky.

She’s was great to deal with, extremely helpful and acted as a great conduit between us and the vendor. She didnt hesitate when we approached her with multiple questions or queries concerning the property, often going the extra mile and providing useful contacts such as professional cleaners, removal companies, post move advice and so on. She always kept us abreast of timescales, solicitor queries and often did the chasing on our behalf. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending Hamptons! Pleasure to deal with.

Hamptons’ advice on pricing and marketing, and the patience and tenacity that Elena showed in keeping the transaction on the road were much appreciated.
