I'm very pleased with the professionalism this estate agent has shown us. Dealing with a probate property, which was a first for me. Emma is very knowledgeable and easy to talk things over with. Having just completed on our sale and purchase we couldn't be any happier with Deb and the team. Having missed out on our last sale and purchase a couple of years ago we were a little worried this time round but Deb took care of everything and we didn't need to worry about a thing. We had lost a property we were buying via Eyre and Sons due to the owner pulling out.
However, Debbie saved the day and recommended another property that was just about to go on the market. We saw it first, loved it and had our offer accepted all within two days of the previous purchase falling through.
Debbie also helped during the process leading to exchange with regular communication and answering our queries. Would highly recommend!

I cannot praise the staff at A J Eyre and Sons estate agents enough, in particular John the branch manager. Without their patience and attention to detail the sale and purchase of two propoerties may not have occured. The chain was challenging and this team ensured everyone moved.
