Hamptons dealt with the sale of my late mothers house. Their initial probate valuation was bang on. Their marketing was intelligent and bespoke, finding a range of buyers within a week of the house going on sale. Over the course of the sale there were a number of issues with others in the chain which Hamptons dealt with expertly, offering us advice which was clearly born of great experience. Thanks to the whole team - we definitely made the right choice.
After living in a property for 2.5 years we had the usual dealings with Hamptons, not good or bad, until checkout.
This all happened during lockdown so I understand that these aren’t normal circumstances but I am still working and still managed to safely move house and vacate and arrange professional cleaners before end of tenancy so not really an excuse.
No response to emails or phone calls (from me and the landlord, who I am in contact with.) It’s been two weeks since checkout with no communication other than to request 2 days rent as their checkout was 2 days after end of contract, I was out of the property! (They don’t do them on weekends apparently,) hardly my fault!
Disappointing to say the least.
I recently let my property through Martin Allsuch & Co. Hope & Jamie were extremely professional to let my property. The transaction was smooth in such uncertain times.
I highly recommend Martin Allsuch &Co estates agent. I found their number on the Internet by chance. My agent was Sophie. At first I felt, she is a little bit impatient, but later I found her very helpful, friendly and considerate. For our first appointment to view the property, I got lost and I was already 20 minutes late. She happily came and found me and gave me a lift. She did all she can to help me with the process of renting the flat in which I was interested in and I am very grateful of her and her great customer service and the knowledge . I tried many other estate agencies and I did not receive the care and the support I needed!

Got the property I wanted at the price I wanted thanks to Daniel Shultz at Imagine in Watford.
Answered any questions swiftly and when initial offer rejected kept me well informed on the status. Worked hard on the seller to secure the best deal for both of us and ensure a quick and easy process. He was so much more proactive compared the other agents I have had contact with. None of the others even bothered with a follow call or email.

They have been incredibly friendly, communicative and have demonstrated good knowledge of the local market. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Absolutely incompetent bunch of property managers. Left me with a dead rat from the previous tenant - which they refused to acknowledge or investigate.
Had to clean and disinfect the property myself for weeks whilst the larvae hatched. Frost's wouldn't accept there was a rat until I sent pictures. However the pest control contractors told me they were familiar with my property and Frost's were aware of the issues with vermin in the area.
Exercise caution - document everything!
I wouldn't even give them one star. Very poor service.
David sold our flat and found us the perfect buyer. We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about selling/buying a home. They had excellent fees and a really personal touch
Very disappointed with the service, my and my wife had viewing property in Conley Heath, we decided to take the property on the spot and we let the agent know that we would like to pay the holding deposit straight way so that he can cancel the other viewing. He was hesitant and continued with other viewing which was shocking. I contacted him several times about the property, eventually our offer was declined without giving any reason. Agent mentioned on his email there wasn't any specific reason. Me and my wife earn over 40k per annum, paying £795 rent isn't an issue for us. If you picky about who you are going to rent the property please don't give us viewing appointment and waste our time. I would give them zero rating for not treating us fairly
