I was a private renting tenant of a property managed by Abbey Homes for nearly 6 years.
Shak was incredible the whole way through. Firstly securing us the property all those years ago, then managing it without fault throughout, and to top it off made the exit process just as easy.
Only wish (and hope) to one do business with again in the future!
Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a home through Abbey Estate Agents and despite doing so in the midst of a pandemic, they were extremely responsive and did everything within their power to ensure that the experience was as smooth as possible. Any question I had was never too much and was always answered and resolved in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been with many agencies as a tenant before but I find this agency to be exceptionally professional and reliable. Shak is very transparent and offers a process which is clear cut from start to finish. You’re able to pick up the phone and ask questions at any time and any queries are handled in an welcoming manner.I would highly recommend them above all others in this field.

Shakeel helped my family and I in securing a property in Rainham. He coordinated last minute negotiations between us and the seller to facilitate the sale, and has also offered his time and input since completion on any queries we’ve had regarding the house. Shakeel was very helpful and always patient with any issues raised during the process.
