The young enthusiastic team in the lettings section of this branch of William h brown is very pleasant to deal with. My flat was put on Right Move by the team, and within hours I had two viewings arranged. Alexandra contacted me personally, and has kept in touch to see how the viewings went. Not good - unprofessional and unreliable over the phone & either arrogant or perhaps just a bit stupid?Either way they seem to be the old cliche of shady,untrustworthy estate agents who give bad service,but will ask a shed load of money in return. I think if you were a tenant or a landlord with these clowns,you'd be signing up to a serious case of being royally mugged off!
Glad I read these reviews before I took my business further here.I dodged a bullet I think.There are agents of far higher calibre in the Norwich / Norfolk area.I'll be much better off with a better quality of agent than this 3rd rate lot.
Absolutely appalling service. I expressed an interest in a property and am told I am put on the viewing list. I chase 3 times but on each occasion I am told that viewings haven't yet taken place. Then 3 days after my latest call I see let agreed on the property - without my promised viewing. Total liars. I guess that even if you are an impeccable tenant - if your face doesn't fit they won't even bother to show you any form of decency.... Thanks for nothing Rounce & Evans!!!
Really impressed, we own a business and phoned their Bolton office to discuss buying another, turned out it had sold. They were really helpful and responsive in helping us narrow down others to look at.
Unfortunately not really the right time for us but i have already recommended this firm to a friend who is looking too, hopefully be back soon.
