Credit where it's due! With the help and guidance of Wendy's excellent, knowledgeable team at the Abbotts' Burnham Market Office, the process of selling my old house and purchasing a new one went like clockwork. Their great, pro-active efforts left me seriously impressed. Sure, some technical issues cropped up along the way but these were all dealt with smoothly and efficiently. I recommend Abbotts of Burnham Market to anyone looking for stress-free selling or buying in the area.

Excellent, Spencer, Wendy and the the team made the difficult task of selling my deceased father’s property as easy it could be, keeping me informed at all times of every detail of viewings and the sale, and liaising with solicitors, nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate in recommending this office.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Abbots. Our experience, both when buying a house from them and when we asked them to value the property after improvements, was that they were proactive, helpful, professional and friendly. Nothing we asked was too much trouble. Wendy, in particular, is a great asset to the branch. Highly recommended!

My partner and I have just moved into a rental property in Little Wakering and the Abbotts Office in Rayleigh were fantastic. They made everything from viewing to handing the keys over at the end a really easy experience.
Jason, Sarah and the team were first class and really did everything we could have asked and more.
I would highly recommend their team to any landlords or tenants that are looking to rent a property/let a property.
