Unprofessional and rude! Had a viewing with the woman called Jessica who first of all totally forgot about our scheduled appointment! So after calling many times managed to rescheduled for later in the day. This is after we has driven 20 miles to come and view the property. When we did arrive for the viewing with. We were told to wait outside while the property was being viewed by someone else, so with her running late was running, that meant we were running late into our own plans too! There was no apology or anything, very unprofessional in my opinion.
Apon finally viewing this house and asking questions about the property - she didn’t have a clue and didn’t know anything about the house! Her favourite line and only answer was ‘Errmmm I don’t know’.This is not what is expected when you are viewing any property.
We really liked the house, but this whole experience put us off completely and we decided not to go any further. Very disappointed! Abbot's might be wise to consider sending her on any future vewings!

* AVOID AT ALL COSTS * Absolutely shocking service at the end of my tenancy. I was constantly passed from pillar to post with no one being able to tell me what was happening with my deposit. One time I was told they had received a response from the landlord, the next person told me they hadnt heard anything from the landlord yet and was waiting for that. Eventually, after weeks of constantly badgering them, I was told my deposit was being handled by my local branch in King's Lynn. I called and spoke with Ashley, the lettings manager, who informed me he was on his way out the office to personally inspect the property. I heard later that afternoon (03/10/2017) from Ashley who confirmed he was happy for the deposit to be released in full and he would be passing it to the accounts team for them to process payment and I would have the money with in 5 working days. Great news! But wait, it is now 13 days later and still no payment. I called and spoke with the accounts department and they told me they never received the deposit release form, how could that be when I was told it was all done? After more chasing and being told Ashley isnt available, what a surprise, I am told that actually the landlord wants to deduct £150 and I need to agree to this first. The flat I rented was left in a clean condition and there were no issues, as I had been told by the lettings manager. They are a complete joke and dont know what they are doing when it comes to the end of a tenancy I would recommend anyone thinking of renting a property from Abbotts in King's Lynn seriously reconsiders. No one seems to want to take any ownership of this issue and its just passed onto the next person to make another excuse. Disgusted how I have been treated.
