I would highly recommend Abbots. Chris and Luke have been fantastic, right from the initial valuation and production of details through to exchange of contacts. They took care of all viewings and we also arranged the energy survey and solicitor through them which saved a lot of trouble sourcing these separately and meant that everything was coordinated. The viewings were well targeted and we received feedback after each one, just as promised. Ours wasn’t always a straightforward sale, but Chris was always available to chase things up and assist with dealing with queries as they arose. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell a property in the Hadleigh area.

Mark has been brilliant. We went to the first appointment thinking we were going to be a difficult case with some peculiar circumstances, but Mark rose to the challenge and had our financial future assured in less than an hour, with a few options to think about.
On the second and third meetings, everything he proposed came true and we were accepted by the lender based on his numbers, and we've come away with an affordable mortgage that fits our needs, short term circumstances and longer term plans extremely well.
He's got a really nice way about him that makes you feel comfortable, and he really knows his stuff, as proven by throwing difficult questions at him and getting an immediate, correct, reply.

Couldn't recommend him enough. Will almost certainly go back when we look at new mortgages after the fixed term deal ends.

I had my property up for sale with William H Brown, Cromer. After a year of it not selling, I decided to try another agent. I called up to give notice and the Manager Pete tried to talk me out of it. I said it's nothing you've done wrong as an agent but I need to try something else. He was extremely arrogant and unhelpful. I gave notice in May and despite calls emails, he refused to take it off the market. Everytime I called, he was 'in a meeting, and he wouldn't respond to emails. I managed to deal with a young girl there who was helpful and tried her best to resolve it. Finally after two months, my property was removed from their listings. I am extremely annoyed to have since received a letter from their legal team saying I'll be liable for costs if I sell my property to a company who they've negotiated with. They clearly haven't and I chose to use another agent. William H Brown are very unprofessional and the Manager needs customer service training. Clearly the number of people using them is dropping and they want to retain customers, but being rude and awkward is not the way to do it.
