I was buying a house on offer and the transaction was rapid (exchange and completion within 4 weeks of offer being accepted) because of the responsiveness of the agents, and the recommendations of solicitors and the mortgage advisors that they were closely working with. I thought the entire process was less stressful and tedious than I anticipated because it could all be coordinated in-house than having myself as the interface between various parties.

Many years ago I bought the property through Bairstow so decided to sell through them as well. At the time of writing this review, we have just exchanged contracts and that was in spite of one sale falling through. Bairstow immediately found me another buyer. The staff at Bairstow have all been so supportive to get to this point and at all times have been exceptionally considerate. I don't tend to name names because its a good team effort, but Steve Rew has kept me informed at every turn of everything that has happened. The good communications started with the first sight of the property with Jordan, who was clear and straight and no flannel, then both Steve and Ross showed potential buyers, with Steve taking the main role, and back up from Emma. Great communication from the team and an exceptionally good Estate Agents. I live outside Essex so this was done over the phone and I can genuinely say, if you are looking to move to or from the area, they are certainly worth working with. I'm looking forward to completion and thank you the team at Bairstow Eves Basildon.
