Stephanie was dealing with our moving ins and outs very smoothly and quick. Property management was handled very professional every time we were having any unexpected issues. Thank you Carter Jonas!
I had such a terrible rude experience it made me not want to rent from anyone! The people were awful I could hardly comprehend that they were meant to help people.... or maybe it is all about money. Just don’t go here. Anywhere else is better. Trust me. You’ll have a nightmare here

Had a really positive experience with the sale of our house. I found all the team very professional but also very approachable and eager to help where ever they could. A big thank you especially to Kristie and Neil for all the effort that they made to make the sale go smoothly. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling a property.
Not great service at all. Do not call back
When asked if vendor would consider lower offer Just said no without checking. One week later property on with another vendor at discussed price. Another property offer made (sensible offer £5k under). Consistently chased for update. 5 months later that property was still on the market.
Had a few poor experiences with other estate agents but a recent viewing with Tom at Abbotts has bucked the trend. Info and guidance offered was useful and felt tailored to my requirements. Overall, polite and helpful!
I spoke to a letting agent at Abbott’s this morning regarding making an appointment to view a property managed by her. I had been waiting over two weeks to hear from her regarding this.
She had made no effort with in this time frame to keep me updated about the progress of this appointment.
When I enquired as to firstly why I had received no response in that time and why it was taking so long to make a simple appointment she was very rude, defensive and implied that I was being unreasonable and then actually hung up the phone.
In summary My experience of this letting agent is that they are highly inefficient with appalling customer service and communication skills. I was made to feel that I had done something wrong by enquiring about an appointment that I had asked to be made over two weeks ago.
I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect some sort of communication in that time even if it was not possible to actually pin point a date to view. They had access to my landline, mobile and email.
I would not recommend them to anyone.
This should not be confused with the sales team who were polite and as helpful as possible today.
Always a good experience, staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Best auction in the area for depth of stock, variety and quality.
Bought a birthday present at auction because they deliver. Explained was urgent, and paid by transfer as they said they would wait a week for card payments to clear.
6 days later they haven't posted it yet..

Rubish... they are complete rubish... avoid them... I viewed a few places with them they were late to a two viewing and thier letting agents treated me as if I couldnt understand plain english.... I will not be doing business with them ever again....
