Alex was able to guide us through the selling process, (which we were not overly familiar with) with constant professionalism and friendliness He was always available to us, answered everything with a level of understanding that was well above what we had previously experienced. At times, Alex was the only person completely aware of what was going on. I cannot recommend Alex Doggett and Aboda Fine Homes highly enough.

Superb service provided by Aboda. You would not get a more personal and professional agent. Our sale was not an easy or quick sale nor is it a property that appeals to everyone. The marketing done for the property was excellent and Aboda showed prospective buyers round at whatever time and day required, there was no out of hours. More than anything communication was second to none and this has to be the most stressful thing of any house sale/purchase. We were always kept informed of any good or bad news and advice provided to help us get to the outcome we wanted. I would highly recommend Aboda and thank them for all the help provided during our sale. A safe pair of hands.

this was a nightmare from the start. Alex was more concerned with the bottom part of our chain than the chain above and getting there details. He accepts no responsibility for anything and always pushes people to the extent of being rude and un professional undermining everybody else. There was hardly any communication u till we asked for it. When communication came it was always over an email even to the extent of him telling us 2 days late that his buyers were now not thinking about selling. He had also failed to mention this before taking him 7 days to tell us that his clients house had fallen through before. We found it hard getting hold of Alex when trying to get information as it seems we only received emails from him. This is our own opinion.

After struggling to find buyer, we decided to try Aboda homes who sold another property the same as ours, on our estate.
We found Alex at Aboda, extremely professional but friendly in his approach to selling our property. He certainly knew the market and the best way to present our property, to achieve the maximum amount of interest.
Once we found a buyer, there were weekly updates and progress emails and he was always contactable for any queries or questions.
In all our years of selling and buying houses, I have to say, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with someone who actually cared.
I truly believe, when it comes to estate agents, you get what you pay for, and dealing with Aboda Homes, it was worth every penny spent.
