An excellent seamless compassionate experience with Abshot Estates. The team here have just successfully guided us through a complex housing chain to achieve a very happy outcome for us. I don't believe without them we would have moved due to their extremely hard work, dedication, communication and perseverance to get the job done. From the start Jack will spend time guiding you through the process, providing an accurate valuation on your home that doesn't result in the agent calling you after 2 weeks to suggest dropping the price, like so many others who over value to get you to sign up with them. The photographer was excellent, taking carefully thought out pictures of all the rooms and outside. Communication is impeccable with great use of a what's app group chat once on the market. Feedback was swiftly communicated after viewings and once an offer was made and accepted the team continue to work with you rather than palm you off to another department. The 3 staff members at Abshot continue to treat you with the same respect and compassion from start to finish. When the chain got complicated they held it together, making constant calls and even working on behalf of those lower in the chain despite them not even being with Abshot. This was to make sure the desired end result was achieved. Questions were answered swiftly, even outside office hours and there was always reassurance when things got sticky. Even on the final day, Abshot worked tirelessly to ensure all loose ends were tied up until completion. Don't hesitate to contact the knowledgeable, helpful and friendly team at Abshot when it's time to sell your home. You won't be disappointed! Thanks Jack, Amy and Becca for all your hard work!

Having just completed 2 simultaneous house sales with Abshot, Jack, Amy and Rebecca could not have been more helpful! Their down to earth approach made for a refreshing change to estate agency. With advice on sensible pricing, we achieved quick and efficient sales. Having contact via WhatsApp outside of working hours made communication so much easier. Despite some stressful moments with our onward purchase, nothing phased Jack and he remained calm giving measured and considered advice throughout. Highly recommended and we wish them well for the future ????

Jack, Becca and Amy have all been brilliant. After a really poor experience with a much larger estate agent in Park Gate, we were so pleased and reassured to have our confidence restored via Abshot Estates. Unlike our previous estate agent, their personalised approach has shown they are more interested in genuine customer service and seeing through a sale, than meeting sales targets and providing unrealistic expectations.
We can not recommend Abshot enough. Selling and buying a house is such a significant part of anyone's life and they made the whole process easier with a sense of realism and genuine customer care. Thank you Abshot!
