The customer service skills is very poor. I spoke to a women that claims she was the manager. Was one of the rudest people I dealt with. I call up regarding not getting a call back after they told me they will call me by the end of the day, still 2days later no call back. Have Also emailed no reply…. As I was explaining to the wrong she kept talking over me and then she hung up the phone on me. Poor estate agent wouldn’t recommend anyone to this. If I could give less than one star I would. Most unprofessional agent I've ever met. Not only is he rude, arrogant and condescending but his practice is negligent. If you want to live somewhere with a fire alarm and carbon monoxide detector I suggest you find a different agent. P.s good luck trying to get anything in writing... 6 months and no contract....
